Review these requirements before ordering or standardizing multiple locations.
Minimum fixed-station specification
VenueSumo currently recommends Windows 10 or later, Intel Core i5 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM, at least 128 GB storage and an 11-inch or larger touch display.
Network and printing
VenueSumo prefers hardwired Ethernet printers and recommends a Windows computer on-site for PrintNode. It recommends at least 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, with 5G as backup rather than the primary connection.
Payments and kiosks
Payment-terminal compatibility depends on the selected provider and must be approved by VenueSumo. Waiver-kiosk tablets and stands are device-specific and should be selected after the exact tablet is known.
