- Confirm your printer is the 300 dpi CL-S703 family — the standard-resolution 203 dpi CL-S700 family uses a different printhead (JN09802-00F).
- Check the printhead label inside the printer for the part number JN09804-00F to confirm an exact match.
- Rewinder (R) configurations use the same printhead as standard configurations — confirm resolution, not rewinder option, when selecting a printhead.
- Have your printer's serial number ready if you need help confirming compatibility.
