Product Description
The TSC TX210, part number TX210-A001-1201, is the 203 dpi model in TSC's TX Series 4-inch performance desktop printers. It prints thermal transfer or direct thermal labels at up to 8 in. per second with a 4.25 in. print width, holds 300 m ribbons on a 1 in. core, and connects by USB, Ethernet, RS-232 serial and USB Host. TSC positions the TX Series for high-volume 4 x 6 shipping labels as well as product marking and compliance labels.

Does the TX210 print direct thermal and thermal transfer?
Yes, it supports both. Thermal transfer printing uses ribbons up to 300 m long on a 1 in. core (ink coated outside), 1.6 to 4.3 in. wide. Direct thermal printing uses direct thermal media without ribbon.
Does the TX210 support ZPL or EPL label formats?
TSC lists its TSPL-EZD printer language as compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL, with Eltron (TPLE) and Zebra (TPLZ) translation that automatically converts each label format sent to the printer.
