Product Description

The Brother RuggedJet 4235B Series is a rugged 4-inch direct thermal mobile printer designed for professionals who need reliable, high-speed label and receipt printing in the field. Built for warehouse operations, transportation, logistics, retail, field service, manufacturing, and healthcare, the RuggedJet 4235B Series combines enterprise mobility with exceptional durability and simple integration.

Designed around real customer feedback, the RuggedJet 4 Series features a compact, lightweight design with Bluetooth® wireless connectivity, USB-C, NFC pairing, and MFi support for Apple® devices. The printer delivers crisp 203 dpi output at speeds up to 5 inches per second, while its rugged construction provides IP54 protection against dust and moisture and 6.9 ft (2.1 m) drop protection for dependable performance in demanding environments.

The 4235B-L includes a rechargeable Smart Li-ion battery for all-day mobile printing. The 4235B-LCP adds a factory-installed charging conductor plate, making it compatible with Brother single- and four-bay docking stations for fleet deployments. The 4235B-LF supports linerless labels, helping reduce waste while increasing labels per roll and improving productivity.
